The incident led to the partial closure of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the Terminal 3 car park.

Two men have been charged related to a luggage theft where a believed to be capsaicin spray resulted in harm at the UK's busiest airport.

Tyrone Richards, 31, and Anton Clarke-Butcher, 24, are accused of two counts of robbery and two counts of using a harmful chemical, authorities have stated.

This legal action stems from an investigation into an assault at the parking structure at Heathrow's Terminal Three on the weekend. Before the assault occurred, two female travelers had their luggage taken after exiting a parking garage elevator, police said.

A three-year-old girl was one of the people hurt during the incident. A total of five individuals were taken to a medical facility and were later discharged.

The incident – which authorities stated was not part of a series and not being treated as terrorism – resulted in train delays and the partial closure of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the T3 parking area for a short time.
